DataArt would like more people to enjoy the benefits the IT industry can bring to their lives. Therefore, we consistently contribute to the education and empowerment of the communities where we operate by collaborating with local educational institutions and organizing offline and online conferences, courses, hackathons, and more.
Environment
At DataArt, we care about the environment and climate change and take responsibility for improving efficiency in our consumption of energy, water, and other natural resources. Our Sustainability Manifesto is supported by our Social and Environmental Policy and annual sustainability reports that we share on our websites.
Our Way to Achieving Carbon Neutrality. We recognize that man-made climate change is real and poses a significant threat to the planet and its inhabitants. Therefore, DataArt is committed to protecting the environment and fighting climate change. This commitment includes a long-term science-based target to reach net-zero value chain GHG emissions by no later than 2050, following the SBTi Net-Zero Standard.

| The Environmental and Social Compliance Officer (ESCO) is responsible for sustainability reporting at DataArt. At this point, it is considered to be a part-time job. In 2020, the role of ESCO was assigned to Andrey Shklyarov, acting Chief Compliance Officer.
