The betting exchange feature offers a unique form of betting where users can agree on the odds and stakes for a given game and then bet against one another. This allows bettors to not only place bets but also act as bookmakers by offering odds to other users.

During the development process, our experts closely collaborated with the client to initially build the solution's infrastructure on AWS. However, the infrastructure can also be seamlessly deployed on any other cloud provider chosen by an operator.

The main responsibilities of our team included:

• Expanding Domain Coverage: Enhancing the platform's capability to support and provide exchange betting services for a broader range of sports (e.g., football, basketball, tennis) and new types of events (horse racing, soccer matches) across different regions and geographies
• Enhancing Functionality: Implementing new features (wallet transactions, profit & loss monitoring, advanced translation system that supports multilingual content), addressing client requests (money balance consistency, real-time price updates, real-time or asynchronous communication within the platform), employing caching mechanisms to optimize data retrieval and enhance overall system performance
• Architectural Design: Strategically designing and evolving the architecture model to ensure scalability, reliability, and security

Solution Highlights

The Exchange White Label platform comprises three main features:

• Admin console: Equipped with a robust CMS, it facilitates efficient management of the system users, markets, and currencies.
• Customer application: Accessible to users, it allows them to place bets on events, view their transaction history, and monitor the profit and loss of their past bets to ensure they make more informed decisions.
• Maintenance application: Synchronizes betting and wallet operations, ensuring effective data processing of transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and winnings.

Personalized Interface

DataArt's team helped develop the platform's interface, focusing on usability and personalized features that allow bettors to access and manage data on their betting performance, place bets on various events, and review their betting and transaction history. The platform provides an intuitive interface with comprehensive analytics/data that is easy to digest.

Internal Management Dashboard

The admin console serves as an internal management dashboard, offering market navigation features, site customization, and currency management options.

The dashboard feed provides information on upcoming races, popular market odds, and recommended events. Additionally, it includes informative news about current events, categorized by sport and filtered by time, allowing users to easily navigate and access relevant data.

Customizable APIs

In addition to the exchange betting solution, our experts worked closely on customizable APIs that enable fast and smooth integration with operators' existing betting portals. The API collections comprise the Account Status API, enabling the operator's system to activate the EWL's capacity to confirm a customer's account's active status. This API also grants access to specific details like charges, currency margin, group, and diverse limits linked to said customer's account. Another example is the Offer Data Export API, which facilitates the regular export of offer-related data from the EWL system to the operator's system for archival purposes and in-depth analysis. This offer data includes detailed information about betting odds, market trends, and event-specific wagering options and can empower the operator to refine and optimize their future betting offerings.

Other APIs include the Single Wallet Transfer API, the Account Statement Export API, and the optional Live Video Event and Alert Export APIs.
