The Challenge

DataArt design team faced the challenge of creating an app specifically for the private aviation industry. What initially seemed like a standard booking app evolved into a highly specialized solution, addressing the unique needs of private aircraft operators, including the intricate processes of Fixed Base Operations (FBO) services. The app required a complex backend that linked flight schedules to a variety of services, allowing for quick adjustments and managing any discrepancies seamlessly.

To tackle this, we collaborated closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts from the client side, conducted interviews with actual pilots, and ran a round of moderated user tests to fine-tune the solution.
